welcome to my messiest wip!! she's about a year and a half old and i keep tweaking her because she drives me CRAZY. however, about a month ago i had a plot breakthrough (via luztoye)! anyways, she's crazy she's fun she's flirty she's morally ambiguous and inspired by sylvia plath poems. slay

Joe’s knee jittered under the table, and Webster had his eyes pinned to him like he knew how uncomfortable he made him.

“Is there a specific reason you dragged me out to some old-fashioned diner, or do you just not know what to do?” He asked, arms crossed and resting on top of the table.

Joe leveled a glare at him, but it dissipated as quickly as it came as Web huffed out a stupid little laugh, shifting against the red plastic of the diner seat.

“I’ll let you know this place is plenty fuckin’ good, Web, just so ya know.” He said, both affronted and warmed by the others ridiculous grin. Web widened his eyes at him, something between sincerity and mockery. 

“Yeah?” He asked, like he was playing a game. “So I can get anything?” Joe shrugged, leaning back in the seat and spreading out his arms. He sure as hell didn’t have enough money for anything, but. 

The boss’s boy, and all.

“Sure.” He said, and Web grinned again, like he was going to call him out.

“I like milkshakes.” He said lightly, and shifted against the creaky leather once more.

OOC - I Need an Alternate FC!

Okay, so Kirsten Storms is virtually impossible to find RP icons for, and I wanna add another one of my favorite DCOM stars onto this blog.  Zenon Kar, from Zenon Girl of the 21st Century!  So, if you want your say, please feel free to comment down below!

Here are he options that I’m thinking of so far! If you have a suggestion, please let me know!

1)  Alyson Michalka.

Another Disney alum, Aly is a personal favorite since her Phil of the Future days.  The problem is that Phil of the Future was years ago and Aly is old enough to be playing District Attorneys now.  It would be great for adult verses, but, if I wanted to rp as a teenager, I would likely have to make my own icons.

2) AnnaSophia Robb.  I always enjoy the rolls she is in, and she is one of those stars that could probably pass off for a teen for years and years.  She has TONS of rp icons available on the web already, so I wouldn’t have to worry about making any, just saving them. She’s sassy and fun, two major factors in Zenon, but I’m just not sure if she fits the role.

3) Ashley Benson.  Famous for Pretty Little Liars, I haven’t really watched anything she’s been in since the early days of said show.  But she is one of the most famous tv blondes out there.  There’s plenty of icons of her.  I just don’t know, from lack of experience watching her, if she’s right.

4) Bridget Mendler. Good Luck Charlie vetern.  I wasn’t overly a fan of her character on that show, but I like her as an actress.  There’s not very many icons, so I imagine that I would have to make a bunch for her.

4) Britt Robertson.  Alum to Secret Circle and Tomorrowland, Britt already has the spot of Sabrina here on this blog, so I have plenty  of icons I could use for her.  I want to use a new FC for Zenon, but, at the same time, I keep gravitating toward this lovely girl.

5) Candace Accola.  Vampire Diaries vet and... that is literally the only thing of hers that I have seen.  We’ve watched her grow up in front of us on that show, from quirky teenager to beautiful young adult.  And, seeing as it is Vampire Freaking Diaries, there will be plenty of rp icons to find.  Quirky, mature, a willingness to get things done.  Sounds like Zenon, right?  But I am hesitant to use her.

6) Claire Holt.  I have been a fan of hers since her H2O Just Add Water days.  She doesn’t really fit the role, but it would be fun to have Claire on my blog, since I already have Phoebe.

7) Dove Cameron.  Ugh, I love her so much.  I could spend hours talking about how amazingly she could do Zenon.  The only downside is that I already have Dove as 5 muses here, which would make Zenon muse number 6 to feature her lovely face.

8) Evanna Lynch.  Straight out of the Harry Potter series, as Luna Lovegood, Evanna could bring a sort of ‘out of this world’ vibe to Zenon.  That being said, I don’t know any other role that she’s done other than Luna, so I have no idea how easy or difficult it would be to use her.

9) Hayden Panettiere.  I’ve loved her since before her days on Heroes.  Little known fact, if you skip over to the blog walkxdthroughfireclaire, you can find me rping as Claire Bennet, using her lovely face.  There’s a million reasons why she would probably make a good Zenon, too.  And I already have tons of icons :)

10) Indiana Evans.  Another H2O alum, Indiana played the ever-lovable Bella Hartley.  She’s adventurous and not afraid to take charge. That being said, I haven’t really seen her in anything since H2O.  But there are a surprising amount of icons for her.

11) Isabel Durant.  Already a member of this blog through her role as Ondina in Mako Mermaids.  There’s not a lot of icons of her, but she is a fun FC to use.

12) Lily James. Most notable for Cinderella and the newest Mamma Mia films.  I don’t think she’d necessarily fit Zenon, but she would be fun to use!

13) Maddie Hasson,  The only thing I really know her from is Twisted.  She’s a little less animated then Zenon should probably be, but, from what I’ve seen, she would be a fun addition to the blog.

14) Sabrina Carpenter.  She is probably the one thing I liked from Girl Meets World.  Sassy, Spunky, not afraid to get her hands dirty.  Perfect for Zenon.  But is she the best choice?

Last night I was sitting on my couch, fondly thinking about *Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again*, as one does. I have to do 24 minutes of physical therapy exercises every day, which I hate it and put off until the last possible moment every night. It's fucked, because I know I have to do them, and repeating these little micro movements will slowly, eventually build up my muscles' strength against dysfunction. I'll see results in this lifetime, *maybe*.

It sucks—it really sucks, and there's nothing I can do but do it. The one thing that helps is putting on a playlist, laying down, and pumping out some clamshells to "Andante, Andante." I had the music on and was mentally gearing up/procrastinating by playing with makeup at [redacted for shame] p.m., when I had an epiphany: the palette in my hand was the eyeshadow equivalent of *[Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again](https://www.glamour.com/about/mamma-mia)* (*MM2: HWGA* for short). I held it tighter.

The palette in question was [Huda Beauty's Precious Stones Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette](https://www.sephora.com/product/obsessions-gemstone-eyeshadow-palette-P45188659){: rel=nofollow} in Emerald ($27). I used to be as over palettes as anyone could be, thanks to the dated idea drilled into my head that you can either wear colorful shadow or [dark lipstick](https://www.glamour.com/story/best-burgundy-lipstick), but never, ever both, or else the sun won’t rise and the crops will die. But these days, times are changing. I'm doing what I want more, and really owning the *"I am the captain now"* philosophy, because sure as shit no one else is taking charge. Both in my life, and in the larger cultural powers that be.

My gut says *MM2: HWGA* helped me get here. It was the perfect movie because it was just a woman living, happily, and horror not befalling her at every turn (what a change of pace, cc: *[Dead Girls](https://www.amazon.com/Dead-Girls-Surviving-American-Obsession-ebook/dp/B071VR93HK){: rel=nofollow}*).

Donna was a sovereign nation unto herself. She was independent. She did what she wanted. That moment when Hugh Skinner (young Pierce Brosnan) looked at the turquoise dress and said it'd look good on her, before she popped out in overalls, thumbs stuck in her pockets, and joked wow, he didn't really know her at all. It made my heart swell how well she knew herself, and *to the left* anyone who's not here for it.

It's also a ready-made Halloween look. I'm probably going to order overalls next week, and so is everyone else—according to Pinterest, saves for [costumes inspired by *MM2: HWGA*](https://www.glamour.com/gallery/halloween-costume-ideas-2018) have gone up 1,636 percent year over year.

Looking at the palm-sized Huda Emerald palette, it's exactly on point for it. Happy, yet with dimension. They're the kind of bubbly, fun, fearless colors that Donna’s style vibed with, while channeling the '70s love for sparkle and color. The foil-finish spearmint, the seafoam (s/o to the dress though, it was pretty), the forest greens, the yellowy grass tones, the blue-green jewel options. They'd make Donna proud.

Disputes emerging everywhere, literally from paneer tikka to ‘Dulhan ka fancy lehga‘.

Hello drunkards! How have you been? Hope y’all having fun unlike this boy who has been sucked off to the last drop by his new city life. Who said college is fun? Ugh! Anyway! It’s that time of the year again when girls cut down on calories & boys do extra flexing, to look extraaa at their friend’s or cousin’s wedding, tantalising everyone around them!

Decisions, decisions! You can either own it or lease it. The former might give you short term satisfaction but would definitely cost an arm & a leg, the latter won’t. My tip is: Contemplate & then make your move. Either way, it depends on you. Come to a decision after considering all the factors such as your budget, purpose, season etc.

There are plenty of amazing platforms available online if you plan to rent your outfit.

Pros: You don’t have to struggle much to find out the right garment, easy delivery system, multiple options, haute couture, designer wear under your budget.

Cons: Fittings (though they’re options available to fix it according to your size), Internet can be unreliable at times but so can be your favourite tailor.

  This navy blue dupion silk sherwani is definitely an exemplary choice throwing all the newly wed vibes. Elaborated heavily with all-over golden jaal embroidery and murky buttons.
